Dad will be working from home through June. Come July 1, they are unsure if he will be returning to the office. If he is going back to the office, nanny hours will increase. If he is not, nanny hours will stay the same at 31/week.
At the end of August, the two older girls will likely be starting preschool, which will potentially alter the hours too. Eldest will go 5 days a week, middle daughter just 2. New baby will still be home & need full time care. Nanny hours expected to rise, not drop, during school season. Regardless of how the variables play out, nanny hours not expected to exceed 40 per week.
