30 Hours/wk Super Nanny/House Manager

Calling All Super Nannies!

Are you ready for an adventure with three amazing boys in Royal Oak, Michigan? The "S" family is seeking a fun-loving, energetic, full time and patient nanny to join their lively household!

About the Family:

Mom and Dad are a warm, and funny family with three unique and wonderful boys:

Kid One (12, 6th grade): A sweet, gentle giant who loves tennis and swimming. He's a bit of a "hot mess" when it comes to organization, so a nanny who can be his "other brain" and help him stay on track is a superhero in the making! He's also a picky eater, so a knack for hiding veggies is a huge plus.

Kid Two (10, 5th grade): A super smart, high-energy, and sometimes "squirrelly" kid with a big heart and a lot of anxiety. He thrives with patience and understanding, and sometimes just needs an escape to the park. He's also lactose intolerant and needs a full meal ready when he gets home from school.

Kid Three (8, 2nd grade): A rigid, type-A little leader who loves shopping and his "stuffies." He's incredibly smart and responsible (he can even cook eggs and do laundry!), but can have meltdowns if plans change unexpectedly. He's also allergic to penicillin and sensitive to chlorine and antibacterial soaps. He's currently in physical therapy for his foot.

All three boys are on the autism spectrum, each in their own individualistic way, and take morning medications. The family is active, loves the outdoors, and is looking for a nanny who can keep up with their busy schedule!

What You'll Be Doing (and Loving!):

Kid Wrangling & Fun: Engaging with three active boys, taking them to activities (like the Beverly Hills Club for swimming and basketball!), and being a supportive presence.

Morning & After-School Support: Helping the eldest get organized for school, being a patient guide for Naveen, and generally keeping the peace.

Light Housekeeping & Meal Prep: Helping with kids' laundry, sweeping up after meals, and ideally, starting dinner prep (basic cooking skills are a bonus!).

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Mom is hands-on who will be around a lot, so you'll be tag-teaming with her on activities and support.

Sick Day Superpowers: Being willing to come to work even if one of the kids is sick (Kristin will handle the sick one, you'll take the others!).

Driving Adventures: Using the family's car to transport the kids to school and activities (must be comfortable driving in Michigan snow!).

What We're Looking For:

Patience, Patience, Patience: Especially with the two eldest's unique needs.

Energy & Enthusiasm: To keep up with three active boys!

Flexibility: The schedule can change with sports and seasons.

A "Family Member" Vibe: Someone who can integrate into their lives, but also respects boundaries.

No Laziness or Phone Obsession: We need someone engaged and focused on the kids.

Bonus Points For: Previous experience with special needs, a love for the outdoors, and basic cooking skills. Male nannies are especially encouraged to apply!

The Perks:

Competitive Pay: Starting at $24-25/hour, with potential for raises

Guaranteed Hours: Approximately 30 hours/week (typically 1-7 PM, M-F).

Paid Time Off: 2-4 weeks vacation in the summer, plus Spring and Winter breaks.

Sick Days: 3-5 sick days.

Family Car for Use: No need to worry about car seats!

Beverly Hills Fitness Club Membership: Full access for you!

Zoo Membership: Take the kids and enjoy!

Delicious Food: You're welcome to eat with the family.

Long-Term Relationship: They're hoping for someone who can grow with their family for a year or longer!

If you're ready to bring your amazing energy and patience to a loving and dynamic family, they can't wait to meet you!
