Live-Out Nanny Position - Ferndale, MI

Position Summary:

Temp nanny needed starting 1/12 until we find permanent nanny!!

A family in Ferndale, MI, is seeking an experienced, full-time, long-term nanny for their 16-month-old daughter. This position requires a minimum two-year commitment.

Schedule and Compensation:

Full-time, Long-term (minimum two-year commitment)

Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM -- 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Candidate Requirements & Qualities:

  * Experienced nanny, ideally age 30 or older.

  * Reliable, proactive, and fun temperament.

  * Ability to create a warm and engaging environment for the child.

Core Responsibilities:

  * Provide comprehensive care for a 16-month-old daughter.

  * Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks.

  * Manage diaper changes and related care.

  * Plan and engage in enriching, age-appropriate activities, both in and out of the home.

  * Actively support early childhood development milestones.

  * Handle light child-related housekeeping duties.
