Location: Troy, MI (16 and Coolidge)
Family Overview:
We are a warm, collaborative family seeking a dedicated and attentive nanny for our 6-month-old son, Ezra. As we transition and expand our professional schedules, we are looking for a long-term partner in care who is eager to grow with our family. We value open communication, developmental engagement, and a supportive, team-oriented approach to childcare.Child Profile
Ezra is a happy, active 6-month-old who is currently working on crawling and hitting developmental milestones. He is social and curious, and we prioritize a caregiver who can provide one-on-one engagement without the distraction of screens or personal phone use.Role & Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is the well-being and development of Ezra.
Engagement: Provide active, attentive care. We value eye contact, talking to Ezra, and facilitating his development through play and interaction.
Schedule Management: Maintain consistent nap, feeding, and awake-time schedules. We utilize the Huckleberry app to track his daily rhythm and appreciate a nanny who is collaborative in adjusting these routines as he grows.
Dietary Care: Assist with bottle feeding (breastmilk/formula) and the introduction of purees and solid foods. We follow a mostly whole-foods diet and are happy to collaborate on meal choices.
Light Tidying: Keep the play areas and child-related spaces orderly. Responsibilities include sanitizing bottles (Baby Brezza) and basic tidying up of child-related messes.
Safety: Prioritize child safety at all times. We require CPR/First Aid certification.
